The Tailor Me Programme offers the opportunity for the development of carefully researched and crafted solutions to meeting the needs of specific groups of carers through the development of pioneering programmes to meet these needs.
Under this Programme, Me Unltd can also offer the opportunity to have a “pick-n-mix” workshop series allowing clients to choose from our suite of personal development modules & themes.
Developing confidence, improving coping mechanisms, building up self-esteem, finding more ‘me’ time, dealing with conflict, reducing stress, developing new skills, harnessing a positive attitude, or just helping carers’ to get back in touch with themselves as individuals not just as a mother, carer or partner, are just some of the personal development themes/modules we can offer.
Through this Programme, carers’ have the option to avail of ILM Accreditation and/or a Me Unltd Certificate of Personal Achievement.
As with all our “Me” Programmes, Tailor Me provides access to a wide range of added value personal development services for carers through our innovative Give-a-Care Scheme.
