Reach Me
Reach Me is an ILM Accredited one-to-one Mentoring Programme outreaching to isolated women carers who due to combined work, family and/or caring commitments need a flexible programme to meet their individual needs
Reach Me can be delivered at a venue, date and time which is most suitable to the carer and usually involves up to six focused one-to-one sessions.
The carer works with a dedicated, highly skilled, who will assist her to identify the priorities for her life, factors hindering her personal growth, put together a Personal Development Plan, and to get help with implementing the Plan and dealing with any issues.
As with all our “Me” Programmes, Reach Me provides access to a wide range of added value personal development services for carers through our innovative Give-a-Care Scheme.
