More About Me
More About Me is a 6 week, ILM Accredited Advanced Personal Development Programme for those carers who have been through It’s All About Me / Reach Me and are ready for the next phase in their unique personal journey.
The Programme focuses on reviewing goals and acknowledging personal development progress as well as the development of an advanced “Me” Growth Personal Development Plan with clearly defined actions and practical help with implementation through one-to-one mentoring support. Taster relaxation mini-sessions and the development of relaxation skills is also a key element of this programme.
Carers’ have the option to avail of ILM Accreditation and/or a Me Unltd Advanced Certificate of Personal Achievement.
As with all our “Me” Programmes, More About Me provides access to a wide range of added value personal development services for carers through our innovative Give-a-Care Scheme.
